We feed Mini and Bonus dry cat food for the most because it's supposedly healthier for them. Our vet visited a "wet" cat food plant a while ago though and says there's probably better food in those wet bags than in some school canteens over here... BUT since we want to make sure our babies (hmmm, this year Mini, Bonus and I are actually the same age..) get all the nutrients they need and to make sure their plumbing is ok at all times we try to keep the wet food more as snacks or smaller meals.
Us people had a hard time keeping track of how much we'd given them though and we kept asking each other "did you just give a bag", "how many have they had today" and " have they had enough?". According to Bonus there has never ever been enough so I came up with a plan.
In the morning we clip the three alotted bags together with an office clip and as we remove the bags one by one during the day we can all see how much they've had that day. When someone takes the last bag the clip gets clipped to the container.
I can't tell you how great this system is! And sooo simple.
