Week 3 and the bunnies keep making appearances in our back yard. I don’t want to feed them because I worry my neighbors won’t like that but I’m glad they can find some grass under the thin layer of snow where I’ve shoveled the kitty path.
The weekend was really cold with –16 C (3 F). We all stayed in pretty much and I’m still amazed how warm this house is compared to the old one. Not wearing socks in January at the old house would have been impossible.

Those bunnies are adorable! Brrr -16C is way colder than the UK right now (-1/-4) and we think that's cold. Keep warm and safe xo

We had -21C on Saturday, and our house is not very warm :( Partly it's because we didn't like the openness of the floor plan so we built a wall to separate the kitchen from the library, not realising that the kitchen didn't have any heating...

We have a pair of bunnies who come to visit too. They're ever so helpful with cleaning up the spilled bird seed under the feeders :)

Cute bunnies indeed :-) But perhaps your neighbours think they would eat their gardens.
My friend Sylvie is a gardener and she usually plants lots of greenery in her garden so the bunnies(and bees and hedgehogs) could feed in summer when the wild greneries are dry (Spanish summers are very hot!)Her neighbours seem to like it a lot, except one who always says he is going to poison all the critters because they eat his roses (not true!)
I feel curious about the green thing Mini has in the first photo...

It's a Stinkie! The only toys Mini and Bonus REALLY enjoy, It's a super catnippy fish toy. Not to be compared to other catnip toys! So much stinkier and better :)http://www.onlynaturalpet.com/products/Yeowww!-Catnip-Tin-of-Stinkies-Cat-Toys/381000.aspx

Wow, thanks! I will bring it next time I'm invited on holidays at my friends' country house. Bottles of wine for humans, stinkies for cats

Your bunnies are very large compared to my Pennsylvania bunnies.

I do wear them most days but I'm amazed that I can do without too.

I think that's because they are hares? Hares are bigger than rabbits, with longer legs and longer ears.
