Staying in the kitchen for this week’s last post. It’s a reader question.
Q: Where’s your microwave oven?
A: It’s in the cabinet right above the freezer!
When I planned the kitchen I considered getting a built in microwave but because I had this one that was working perfectly well I decided to keep it and simply place in in a cabinet instead. I like that it’s not out in the open and using it in there works really well. I do keep the cabinet door open when using it so the air can circulate though. If/when (it’s usually when with appliances nowadays…) this one breaks down I will probably install a built in microwave in this very cabinet but for now this works well.
