Oh pretty pretty pretty!

I should take magnesium, I get cramps in my feet every now and then and it´s a terrible way to wake up..!

Judith

Oh that's pretty! I'm the same way, if I don't see my vitamins sitting there every morning I'll definitely forget them.

Primitivefix06

This is very stylish. However, you must be careful. Some vitamins and supplements lose their effectiveness when exposed to light and must be stored in opaque or dark-colored containers.

Elisabeth

I am also on a low-carb diet. I take potassium for the leg cramps. They completely stopped when I stated taking it. The magnesium is great for promoting sleep. Love your bottles and blog!!!

devil

I understand the warning because these jars make the vitamins look like yummy candy. :)

Li Ortega

That is a wonderful idea! I bet one could find bottles that are a little darker as well!

Katja @ Shift Ctrl Art

Love your pretty containers. Another tip for avoiding leg cramps is to stretch your legs heels down instead of toes down. That has helped me a lot! :)

Márcia

Lovely jars!

@Katja: i'm doing it and it worked for me like a charm.

Lisa

Perfect little portions!

Mindy

Great Idea! Attractive and functional. I have always struggled with leg cramps too. Drinking a lot of water seems to help. Every time a day goes by that I don't drink as much water as I should my legs cramp something awful!

Zosia

What about expiry dates of these? Do you keep a sticker with the date at the bottom of the container. It's probably my 16 years of working at a pharma company talking here :-).

Janelle

Love this! One of those great ideas that makes you think 'now why didn't I think of that!' Thanks for sharing.

Benita ~ Chez Larsson

Zosia - I don't. Since I take them daily they don't get to expire until I'm done taking them.

JJ

I'm very sorry but you really shouldn't do that. I am a clinical pharmacist and I can assure you vitamins are photosensitive so they become less effective when exposed to light and must be stored in their own original containers.

Louise

My Hubby takes magnesium but with calcium for night time leg cramps caused by type 2 diabetes.

Jag tänkte på samma sai. Farligt att förvara mediciner o vitaminer i vackra glasburkar. Det finns en anledning till varför de förvaras i platsburkar med innehållsförteckning o datum.
