Don’t try this at home if you have young kids. Ok, so now that that’s out of the way I’ll just quickly share how I store my daily vitamins. For me to remember to take them I need to see them but those plastic containers and boxes they come in are so unattractive so instead I’ve transferred them into these flea market glass jars. NOW they look pretty on the counter and I do remember to actually take them.
What they are? I take magnesium against leg cramps (awful at night!), Glucosanol for when I cheat on my LCHF diet (not technically a vitamin, I know, and no idea if it really works but I’m trying it out) and Hair Volume to try and get my hair into shape. I’ve also been taking vitamin D to drag me out of this winter’s hibernation mode but with spring here and the sun out I can stop taking those. And I do know that eating a balanced diet is best of all.
