Still LOVE the kanelbullar recipe you posted 5 year ago!! Oh my, such a long time reader.. :) :)
Everyone is always super impressed with them! In Estonia we usually make the rolled kind, so dry, which I no longer like. Yours have more sugar, always a plus for me and very moist and fluffy! :)

PS. If you ever stumble on a fantastic semla recipe, do share :) Estonian ones are so dry, again. I had a fantastic semla in SoFo once, the secret seems to be in the almond paste. More sugar! :)

I am headed to an IKEA today so will enjoy one a day late :). Found a really good Vegan version that I will have to make for my dairy/egg allergy son!
